EI Certification
To ensure a well-prepared, qualified workforce, practitioners in Virginia must be granted initial certification before providing earIy intervention services to children and families. Recertification is required every three years. All VEIPD Center resources support service coordinators and practitioners to access needed professional development at their own time and pace.
